Sandro Laudadio turned to writing satirical fiction as a way to both pass the time on ferry trips between Vancouver Island and the lower mainland, and put bewildering current events and the absurdities of day to day life into perspective without resorting to straight Scotch. He has practiced as a barrister for most of his adult life, in both Toronto and Vancouver. While not busy writing, or devising litigation stratagems that would make even his best friends laugh at him, he can be found hiking in the mountains and rain-soaked valleys of the Olympic Peninsula and the south coast of British Columbia. He lives in New Westminster with his wife, Merrilee, and their two rescue animals, a tabby cat and a dachshund.
