FREE Canada-Wide Shipping on Orders over 35$: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for their parcel. AOS Publishing is proud to ship with Canada Post. Delivery dates will vary based on location, though Canada Post usually delivers within 2-8 business days.

Can I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@aospublishing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns will be accepted if they are shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase confirmation, provided the product is returned in undamaged and unused condition. Email support@aospublishing.com to begin a return. Customers will be emailed instructions about how to return their products, and will be credited in the original method of payment. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, once the item is verified as undamaged and unused.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Parcels: AOS Publishing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (Canada Post) directly to file a claim, or email support@aospublishing.com for help. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods (including a picture taken upon receipt), as these will help when filing a claim.

International Shipping is Available: AOS Publishing offers international shipping to anywhere Canada Post delivers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. AOS Publishing is not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged through international shipping. AOS Publishing is not responsible for the import duties or taxes your order may be subject to. AOS Publishing cannot offer refunds for orders shipped outside of Canada.
